We have pre-booked 30 rooms for our participants in Tallinn from 9th June till 12th June 2024

Premium Double/Twin- cost for one person 109.00 per/room

Premium Double/Twin- cost for two persons 119.00 per/room

 

The accommodation price is per room/night and includes: accommodation, buffet breakfast, unlimited use of Aqua Spa saunas and swimming pools during opening hours, Wi-Fi and VAT. Check in at 15:00., check out at 12:00

 

Book by using password IROICA2024 by e-mail at hotelgroups@tallink.ee. You can pay at the hotel or if you wish to pay in advance, this can be arranged if you notify the hotel when booking. 

The rooms are pre- booked until May 9th 2024.

 

Parking is for a fee of 25EUR/24h. See instructions here. Parking around the hotel is also not free and depends on the area where you park. 

 

Hotel CityBox (Green key label hotel)

We have a personal discount code IROICA2024, which gives a discount of 10% of the prices on the website.The discount code is valid for booking for the period 07.06 - 13.06.24.

Single small room- price per /night is approxomately 50 eur/night, double room- price is approximately 70 eur/ night.

 

Participants can independently choose a room, make a reservation and pay for it. Accommodation can be booked through the website, according to the desired and available room type, prices are without breakfast. Payment is made upon arrival at the hotel or in advance on the website.

 

A la carte breakfast is offered by partner cafes Loulou, on the 1st floor of the hotel, and Port, on the sea side of the building, where hotel guests receive a -10% discount based on the door card. It is possible to add breakfast to the accommodation at the price of 16€/person. per day. The request must be announced when making the reservation!

 

In addition, there is a shared kitchen on the 3rd floor of the hotel where you can store and prepare your own food.

 

Hestia Hotel Ilmarine, Põhja pst. 21b, 10414 Tallinn

We have pre-booked 20 rooms for our participants in Tallinn from 9th June till 12th June 2024. After that, hotel releases unbooked rooms and can offer rooms according to availability.

Standard room- cost for one room 66.00 per/room

Standard room double- cost for two persons 71.00 per/room

 

The price includes accommodation, a rich breakfast in the hotel restaurant Wiegand, use of the gym, free wireless internet connection and VAT 9%.

 

Guests can book through  booking@hestiahotels.com by mentioning their name, how many rooms they want and the keyword IROICA 2024. Payment by guests at the hotel.

 

Parking spaces are located near the hotel, where guests staying at the hotel pay 10 €/night to park a car. It is possible to reserve a parking space in advance, if there are free spaces, by making a reservation.

Tallinn Airport is located just 4 km from the city centre making the airport easily accessible.  The Tallink Spa ja Conference Hotel and Citybox hotel are easily acessible from airport - take bus no 2 and leave at the stop Estonia for Citybox hotel or at the stop Reisisadama A-terminal for Tallink Spa and Conference Hotel.

From the Harbours (A-Terminal or D- Terminal) the hotels are easily accessible by foot.
